Kaweco Skyline Rollerball Pen

For those who do not use a fountain pen, we have added a rollerball to our offerings of the esteemed Kaweco line. Kaweco pens epitomize two essential features of a fine writing instrument: classic good looks and a beautifully smooth “write.” Yet there are many other reasons this model has been consistently lauded  since its debut in 1933: almost nine decades later, it remains modern in design and sensibility, and efficient in function. 

This newest style has silver (rather than gold) detailing, and is available in new colors, Mint or Fox.  It’s made of high-quality plastic that reminds us of Bakelite, and its only embellishment is a discreet silver “button” on the end of the cap. The body is faceted so it won’t roll, yet is comfortable to hold. It’s remarkably lightweight (less than a third of an ounce). The pen is 4" when closed and 5-1/4" when open, thus the Kaweco slogan "Small in the pocket, great in the hand”. It has a screw-on cap. Made in Germany.

The pen comes with a 0.7mm black cartridge.  Additional refills are also available for purchase.
