Natural History Writing Paper Pad and Envelopes

The verso side of these writing sheets each feature a gorgeous detail from an antique botanical drawing.

In the nineteenth century, illustrations of flora and fauna inspired viewers to appreciate the wonders of nature, science, and the world around them. The verso side of these writing sheets feature a white admiral butterfly and honeysuckle, a charming assortment of snail shells, a fringed water lily (also called a yellow floating heart), and a fantastical seaweed.

The Writing Paper Pad contains 64 sheets of heavy premium ivory paper. Thirty-two sheets are ruled and thirty-two are blank. The reverse side of each sheet is decorated with a design or work of art (16 sheets each of four illustrations).

The pad is accompanied by 20 envelopes of one design: illustrations of citrus, strawberries, poppies, and a dozen or more other drawings of beautiful specimens of fruits and flowers. A framed blank space is left to accommodate the address of the recipient.
