Made in France from heirloom-quality porcelain, and designed for everyday use, these café au lait bowls, in the distinctive classic shape, are decorated with typography from vintage brasserie menus. We've paired them with a The pitcher—a classic design that originated in Mehun-sur-Yevre, France. These milk “jugs” are not only used to serve warm milk for café au lait but for juices, sauces, and any other pouring liquids.

The bowls and pitchers are expertly crafted in France by a company that has been perfecting the art of porcelain-making for more than 200 years. Made from materials sourced in France and greater Europe, each vessel is crafted with care and fired at 2550 degrees Fahrenheit, resulting in porcelain of the highest quality. The extraordinarily hard glaze on the items is resistant to chipping, scratching, cracking, and crazing. They can be used safely in the oven (up to 550 degrees Fahrenheit), freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. They can be safely transferred from the freezer to a hot oven. 

The bowls are 5.5" in diameter by 3" high. They comfortably hold 13 ounces of liquid (not filled all the way up to the brim) and weigh 1.05 pounds each.

The pitcher is 4.25" high and holds 11 ounces of liquid. It weighs 0.7 pounds.
