Our enamel pin is stamped with Walt Whitman’s rallying cry for individual and collective liberty: “Resist much, obey little.” Spread the word by pinning it to a lapel, backpack, or bookbag. The poem in which the line appears, “Caution,” was first published as one of the “Messenger Leaves” in the 1860 edition of Leaves of Grass. The poem was later retitled “To the States.”

The pin is 1.25" across by 2" tall and made of brass with a black nickel finish.  Brick red flags with white writing.
