It can also be used on induction stovetops, together with the Bialetti induction plate adapter (sold separately). Bialetti was founded in 1919, in a small hamlet in Piedmont, Italy. It included a foundry and a workshop for the study, design, and creation of manufactured products. In 1933, founder Alfonso Bialetti invented a revolutionary way of making coffee at home: the now iconic moka pot. With Bialetti, the highest quality is guaranteed. 

To prepare coffee: fill the boiler up to the safety valve with water, insert the funnel tank, and add the ground coffee without pressing; close the moka pot and place it on the hob. Wait for coffee to gurgle as it rises to the collector (upper chamber), turn off the gas, and enjoy your delicious coffee!

To clean: rinse with water only, after use. Do not use detergents. The product should not be washed in the dishwasher.
