One of our editors was visiting the home of an artist recently and noticed these out on the counter. She was instantly intrigued by their striking design. The artist explained that she purchased them for herself based on how pretty they were, but was happily surprised by their capacity as a serious artist's utensil. The pencils are a fun new way to work with watercolors, allowing you to have a fine line while drawing while maintaining the look and feel of working with watercolors. Our editor's two tween kids also started using these, and both kids were captivated by the pencils, spending hours sketching and drawing with them.

These Woodless Watercolor Pencils function just like regular pencils for precise drawing, but when water is added, they transform into vibrant watercolors. Experience the smooth spread and seamless blending of high-quality pigments, creating beautiful watercolor effects.

Crafted without a wood barrel, the Woodless Watercolor Pencils boast a remarkable five-times-more pigment than a standard colored pencil. Effortlessly sharpen the pencil using a standard sharpener and use the resulting shavings to enhance your artwork by blending them with water. This innovative approach ensures that every part of the pencil is used, leaving no room for waste and allowing you to unleash your creativity to its fullest extent.
